Hulu.com is open to the Public

I've been tested the application since the first days and Hulu.com is awesome!
What is Hulu.com?
Hulu.com is a joint-venture between News Corp.'s Fox and General Electric Co.'s NBC Universal to broadcast videos (TV shows and Movies). It's aim to be finance by adversting which is a 30seconds ads every 15min and registration fees if you willing to see the video in HD.
What's new?
I like Hulu.com because when you shut down your computer and come back the day after, the video will re-start where I stopped.
In addition, you can use the embedded functionality by selecting all or just a part of the video. I love that!
On top of it, I often use the "full screen" or "pop-up" functionalities depending on whether or not I'm doing something else at the same time. The popup is great while I'm blogging. ;-)
Obviously, you can email the link o the video, you have comments like on iTunes, you can share it with your friend, change the background color to be white or grey depending on the video.
Couple of good functionalities to enjoy a good TV Shows.
One bad point you cannot download any content.. ;-(

Is Hulu.com going to challenge Youtube.com?
The main challenge would be to get more viewers as all the Majors have their own streaming videos website. It's going to be very challenging as the Internet users are often looking for short video on Youtube or download movies, TV shows or simply songs on iTunes.
It's not going to be easy to create the habit of going to Hulu.com but I did it by bookmarking it and you should do so, if you don't want to forget it.

For my part, all the Fridays, I'm watching Lost or Cashmere Mafia using ABC stream which offer HD video format for TV shows!

PS: Sorry my French and Spanish dudes but it's only in the US and there is no plan to go internationally "any time soon".. It's like pandora.com, you've heard about it but we'll never test it unless you cross the Atlantic ;-)
