Where to start?

I could you Twitter to write a message of less than 140 characters to explain what I'm doing when I'm not in front of the screen. The fact is that I'm always there especially on saturdays morning.
As I mentioned late last night, I'm going to create a websites.
So, I really want to come back to the very basics to make sure, I won't miss any major step.
